Detailed Deep Clean
Here is a detailed overview of what is included in our deep cleaning package, designed to leave every corner of your premises meticulously clean.
The main difference between a deep cleaning and a maintenance cleaning is getting to inaccessible areas—moving furniture to do so, getting on hands and knees to flooring where vacuums and mops can’t reach, by hand.
Additionally, working on stain removal—rust, mold, mildew etc.; detailing of crevices, i.e.: the escutcheon plate on faucets, the gap between toilet base and flooring; lifting and moving all countertop and surface items to clean underneath.
These are the main differences that don’t get performed in a maintenance cleaning. A maintenance cleaning maintains accessible and high traffic areas.
To schedule recurring maintenance cleanings, it is required to start with a deep clean; then it is recommended to perform deep cleans either 3, 6, or 9 months thereafter; however, required annually.
General/All Areas:
- Thorough dusting and washing/disinfecting of all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and baseboards
- Cleaning of windowsills, window frames, and blinds/shutters
- Vacuuming of all carpeted areas, including corners and edges with hand vac. accessory tool
- Mopping of hardwood, tile, or vinyl floors with appropriate cleaning solutions
- Spot-cleaning walls and doors for visible marks and stains
- Consolidation of all trash and replacing liners
Kitchen:
- Removing all countertop items for a complete clean-up of all kitchen surfaces, including backsplash
- Deep cleaning of cabinets and drawers, full exterior washing and interior upon request (after removal of contents)
- Cleaning and degreasing of stovetops, range hoods, and ovens
- Wiping down the exterior of large appliances like refrigerators and dishwashers and countertop appliances if necessary
- Interiors of large appliances upon request
Bathrooms:
- Scrubbing and disinfecting of the shower, bathtub, toilet, and sinks
- Polishing of mirrors, fixtures, and any reflective surfaces
- Deep cleaning of cabinets and drawers, full exterior washing and interior upon request (after removal of contents)
- Cleaning and sanitizing tiles, grout, and shower doors/tracks
- Hand mopping flooring in smaller bathrooms, and the flooring around toilets in larger bathrooms
Additional Areas:
- Cleaning of exterior and interior of closets and storage spaces if needed
- Patios, balconies, or any outdoor spaces included in the area of service may receive a general cleaning (sweeping, dusting surfaces)
